Vintage Hroar Prydz Sterling Enamel Butterfly

There's always a special piece and this one is it, an enamel butterfly pin, sterling, about 1" by 3/4" from Norway as designed by Norwegian Master Hroar Prydz circa 1950's 1960's. The piece is marked in the back Sterling 925 S, Norway and round symbol which applies to Hroar Prydz. Its colors fall into the goldish yellow, green and black enameling. The yellow and green have a pearly look to them, almost pearly. The work is very detailed and excellent, the sterling is aged is can be cleaned to bring out the shiny silver (which is up to the new owner).
